Sherbert Ratliff is the Confidence & Curl Defining Solutionist and Owner of LIMITLESS Naturals Salon, a boutique, supportive, and education-led textured hair salon in Memphis, Tennessee.

She serves high-performing wome who are ready for consistency, mastery, and confidence in their natural curls — without sacrificing versatility. Her clients are leaders, decision-makers, and accomplished women who want their hair to reflect the same polish, control, and integrity they carry in every other area of life.

With nearly three decades of experience, Sherbert specializes in long-lasting curl definition, moisture retention, shrinkage management, and healthy silk press versatility. Her approach is not trend-based — it is education-driven. Every service is built around understanding texture deeply, creating tailored cuts aligned with facial features and healthy hair goals, and equipping clients with the knowledge to establish curl confidence between visits.

Because each guest receives intentional, education-driven attention, availability is thoughtfully limited by design. Sherbert’s advanced training includes education from Redken, DevaCurl, Design Essentials, Avlon, and Inspiring Champions. She has taught on national stages for professional haircare brands and was invited to participate in New York Fashion Week as part of the only African American hairstyling team selected for 2025.

Her philosophy is simple:

Beyond the salon, Sherbert is passionate about mentoring beauty professionals, speaking to cosmetology students and youth, and equipping women with the confidence to present themselves powerfully both personally and professionally.

Sherbert and her husband Sherman have been married for 19 years and are Godly-proud parents of two adult children.

LIMITLESS Texture Taming Treatment

Est. Duration - 2.5 hrs

Great for curlies and silk press ladies, this ultimate smoothing treatment reduces frizz, shrinkage, styling and drying time. Added benefits are curl elongation (stretches curls), more shine, longer lasting defined curls and reduced frizz for at-home coils and twist-outs.

This treatment also strengthens the tresses with amino acids, promoting length retention by smoothing the hair's cuticle to reduce breakage and locks in moisture.

Lasts up to 12 weeks for LIMITLESS Versatility!

This service balances protein and moisture to reduce breakage and increase moisture retention in natural textured hair. Reduces some frizz. Also works great for the beginning stages of transitioning from relaxer to natural and compliments our hair color services.

Includes our signature Curl-Defined Styling.

*Scalp Detox + Hydration Treatment

Est. Duration- 40min

This treatment frees the scalp and hair follicles of product buildup and bacteria, reduces dry scalp and/or itchiness, allows for balanced hydration to the hair and scalp and increases blood circlation within the scalp, promoting better hair growth.
