Sherbert D. Ratliff is the Curl-Defining Confidence Solutionist and CEO of LIMITLESS Naturals Salon, a boutique, supportive, and education-led textured hair salon in Memphis, Tennessee.

She serves high-performing women who are ready for consistency, mastery, and confidence in their natural curls — without sacrificing versatility. Her clients are leaders, decision-makers, and accomplished women who want their hair to reflect the same polish, control, and integrity they carry in every other area of life.

With nearly three decades of experience, Sherbert specializes in long-lasting curl definition, moisture retention, shrinkage management, and healthy silk press versatility for natural-textured hair. Her approach is not trend-based — it is education-driven. Every service is built around understanding texture deeply, creating tailored cuts aligned with facial features and healthy hair goals, and equipping clients with the knowledge and training to establish curl confidence between visits.

She has taught on national stages for professional haircare brands and was invited to participate in New York Fashion Week as part of the only African American hairstyling team selected for 2025.

Sherbert and her husband Sherman have been married for 20 years and are Godly-proud parents of two adult children.
